    We hope you are happy with your Purchase(s); however if for any reason you are not completely Satisfied with your Purchase(s), You may Return or Exchange your Unused (brand new) Product(s) -With Tag(s) attached, if their were any, & Original Product package(s), within 15 days of the Purchase Date.

    Once you're Request has been Authorized an RMA Number will be e-mailed to you.

    • Any Returns & Exchanges must be received within 15 days of the Original Purchase. (Pre-Orders, 15 days from the Shipping date) If Exchanging we will hold (pull it from inventory) the exchanged item for you for 15 days & if we haven't received your return within 15 days of the RMA sent e-mail date, the held Item(s) will go back in inventory & RMA# will be closed. We do not offer refunds, but will provide a store credit if returned within the 30 days of the Original Purchase date.

     

    • Any & all Product(s) that are Returned or Exchanged Must Include a Copy of your Original Invoice & your RMA number, without these 2 items we will Not be able to process your Return or Exchange.

     

    • Return & Exchange Shipping Costs are your responsibility as the Customer unless other arrangements have been made by the Return & Exchange Dept.

     

    • Any Returned or Exchanged Item(s) that arrive in used or damaged Condition will Not receive Store Credit & the used or damaged Product(s) will be shipped back. 
     
    • Returns & Exchanges could take up to 14 business days to Process.
     
    • If You had made any purchases while a Promotion was running, You will be charged Full Retail Price for the difference or remaining Product(s) that were kept.  **Example: The Promotion is: Purchase Any 3 Items or more & receive 10% off your entire order! If you Return any items out of the 3, You will be Charged Full Retail Price for the remaining kept items.

     

    • If  Item(s) Purchased were Clearance Items or any other item(s) marked: "All Sales Final" including items in the Used Section where the prices are marked extremely low, there are no returns or exchanges on these items.

     

    • Their are No Refunds- Only Store Credit is Issued, if the return/exchange meets all requirements mentioned on this page.  You have 1 year to use your Store Credit from the date the Credit is Issued to you. The Store Credit is not attached in your name - which means anyone can use it. (if you choose to give it to someone)

     

    • H2 HYDRO Can not Guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock. If this happens, You will receive in Store Credit or we can suggest another item(s) at equal or less value. We are always adding New Products!

     

    • No Refunds on Gift Certificates/Cards
     
    • **Giveaway item(s) are non-refundable (They were FREE) & if their is a Return/Exchange on the product(s) it is the customer's responsibility for shipping costs unless the product(s) has a Manf. defect.
